Sealed bids will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown, at its office located at 40 Broad Street, Middletown, CT, until 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

 

 

SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES

AT

SBONA TOWER

MAPLEWOOD TERRACE

TRAVERSE SQUARE

MARINO MANOR

MONARCA PLACE

MODERATE RENTAL

 

 

Site review by all bidders will be on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Sbona Tower 40 Broad Street, Middletown CT 06457.

 

Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications will be available Friday, September 22, 2017.
