MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING

OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE

CITY OF MIDDLETOWN

APRIL 3, 2017

The Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held at Cantina Restaurant, 74 Court St., Middletown on Monday, April 3, 2017.

Chairman Noglow called the meeting to order at 6:56 pm and called the roll.

PRESENT: Evan Noglow, Chairman; Sebastian Santacroce, Vice Chairman; Izzy Greenberg, Treasure;r Phil Cacciola, Commissioner, Senova Stone, Commissioner

ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary; Attorney ,John Boccalatte.

Chairman Noglow turned the meeting over to Secretary Vasiliou who opened nominations for Chairman.

Vice Chairman Santacroce moved that Evan Noglow be nominated for Chairman. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Cacciola. All voted in favor of Mr. Noglow for Chairman.

Secretary Vasiliou turned the meeting over to Chairman Noglow who opened nominations for officers.

Commissioner Santacroce moved that the current officers be nominated; namely Sebastian Santacroce, Vice Chairman; Izzy Greenberg, Treasurer; William Vasiliou, Secretary. Commissioner Cacciola seconded the motion. All voted in favor of electing the nominated slate of officers.

All elected positions are effective April 3, 2017.

On motion by Commissioner Cacciola ; seconded by Commissioner Greenberg, it was unanimously voted to close the Annual Meeting at 6:58 pm.
