MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING

OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE

CITY OF MIDDLETOWN

APRIL 2, 2018

The Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held at Red Fox Restaurant, 218 Smith St., Middletown on Monday, April 2, 2018.

Chairman Noglow called the meeting to order at 6:45 pm and called the roll.

PRESENT: Evan Noglow, Chairman; Sebastian Santacroce, Vice Chairman; Phil Cacciola, Commissioner, Senova Stone, Commissioner

ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary; Attorney John Boccalatte.

Chairman Noglow turned the meeting over to Secretary Vasiliou who opened nominations for Chairman.

Vice Chairman Santacroce moved that Evan Noglow be nominated for Chairman. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Cacciola. All voted in favor of Mr. Noglow for Chairman.

Secretary Vasiliou turned the meeting over to Chairman Noglow who opened nominations for officers.

Vice Chairman Santacroce moved that the existing officers serve an additional year and that Commissioner Cacciola be nominated for Treasurer. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Stone.

All elected positions are effective April 2, 2018.

On motion by Vice Chairman Santacroce ; seconded by Commissioner Cacciola, it was unanimously voted to close the Annual Meeting at 6:51 pm.
