MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING

OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE

CITY OF MIDDLETOWN

APRIL 1, 2019

The Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held at Herd Restaurant, 200 Main St., Middletown on Monday, April 1, 2019.

Chairman Noglow called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and called the roll.

PRESENT: Evan Noglow, Chairman; Sebastian Santacroce, Vice Chairman; Phil Cacciola, Commissioner, Larry Riley, Commissioner

ABSENT: Senova Stone, Commissioner

ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary; Attorney John Boccalatte.

Chairman Noglow turned the meeting over to Secretary Vasiliou who opened nominations for Chairman.

Vice Chairman Santacroce moved that Evan Noglow be nominated for Chairman. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Cacciola. All voted in favor of Mr. Noglow for Chairman.

Secretary Vasiliou turned the meeting over to Chairman Noglow who opened nominations for officers.

Vice Chairman Santacroce moved that the existing officers serve an additional year. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Riley. All voted in favor of the nominations.

All elected positions are effective April 1, 2019.

On motion by Chairman Noglow; seconded by Commissioner Cacciola, it was unanimously voted to close the Annual Meeting at 7:05 pm.
