**Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, The Middletown Housing Authority offices remain open, however, we are currently closed to all walk-in traffic until further notice to help protect our staff and clients. **

We  care about the health and safety of our residents, staff and partners.  This is a precautionary measure to prevent the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Staff are available to assist participants with interim and recertification changes  via phone, email and U.S. Postal Service or drop off.  A drop box is located in the doorway in our hallway to the right of the main office door. You may use it for any documentation/verification, correspondence or rent payment. The drop box is available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
