How to pay:

When is recertification due?
You will receive a notice from Middletown Housing Authority before your recertification deadline.
How to submit your recertification documents:
- Review your notice: Your recertification will include a list of all the documents you need to provide
- Gather your documents: Be sure all forms are completed, and all supporting documents are included.
- Submit your documents
