ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown (MHA) is seeking sealed bids for:

Maplewood Terrace Roadway Resurfacing Middletown, CT

Bid Opening date and time at the MHA, 40 Broad Street, Middletown, CT 06457 Thursday January 26, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work of the contract includes but is not limited to: resurfacing asphalt roadway excluding parking lots, replacing existing curbing and catch basins, landscaping and related traffic control and fencing.

Site review by all bidders will be on Thursday January 5, 2023, at 10:00 am.  Meet at Maplewood Terrace.

Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications will be available on the MHA website and on-line at Advanced Reprographics at Advancedrepro.net on Tuesday, January 3, 2023

5% Bid Security and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds required.

Complete bidding requirements are noted in the Contract Documents.

The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any

informality in the bidding.   No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days

subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority.
