Meeting Minutes – April 6, 2011

The Monthly Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held at the First & Last Tavern, 220 Main Street, Middletown, Connecticut on Wednesday, April 6, 2011.

Vice Chairman Osborne called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and called the roll.

PRESENT: Lee Osborne, Vice Chairman; Evan Noglow, Treasurer; Lois Carreiro, Commissioner; Izzi Greenberg, Commissioner

ALSO PRESENT:  William Vasiliou, Secretary; Attorney John Bocclatte.

ABSENT: Sebastian J. Santacroce, Commissioner

Vice Chairman Osborne turned the meeting over to Secretary Vasiliou who opened nominations for Chairman.

Commissioner Noglow moved that Vice Chairman Osborne be nominated for Chairman, seconded by Commissioner Carreiro. Commissioner Greenberg abstained from the vote. All voted in favor of Mr. Osborne for Chairman.

Secretary Vasiliou turned the meeting over to Chairman Osborne who opened nominations for officers.

Chairman Osborne moved that Commissioner Noglow be nominated for Vice Chairmam, seconded by Commissioner Carreiro. Commissioner Greenberg abstained from the vote. All voted in favor of Mr. Noglow for Vice Chairman.

Chairman Osborne moved that Commissioner Santacroce be nominated for Treasurer, seconded by Vice Chairman Noglow. Commissioner Greenberg abstained from the vote. All voted in favor of Mr. Santacroce for Treasurer.

All elected positions are effective April 1, 2011.

On motion by Commissioner Carreiro, seconded by Vice Chairman Noglow; it was unanimously voted to close the Annual meeting at 7:03 p.m.
