Special Meeting Minutes 2/16/24

                          SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF

                                THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN

A Special Meeting of The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the Conference

Room at 40 Broad St. on Friday, February 16, 2024 .

Chaiman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and called the role.

PRSENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman, Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman, Larry Riley,virtual,  Commissioner, Senovia Stone, Commissioner, Brian Gartner, virtual, Commissioner.

ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary, Jason Lewellyn, Esq., David Jimenez, Esq. Jackson-Lewis, Mallory Stone, Esq., Jackson-Lewis .

On a motion by Commissioner Santostefano and seconded by Commissioner Stone the Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Sesson for a presentation of Attorney-Client report re: Employee Workplace Complaints. Attorneys Lewellyn, Stone , and Jimenez where invited to remain.

At 10:20 Executive Session was concluded with no action taken.   

On a motion by Commissioner Santostefano seconded by Commissioner Stone it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 10:21.
