Special Meeting Minutes 3/20/24

                                               SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF

                                                                 THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN

A Special Meeting of The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the Conference

Room at 40 Broad Street Middletown, Ct. 06457 on Wednesday March 20, 2024.

Chairman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. and called the role.

PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman, Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman, virtual, Larry Riley, Commissioner.

 ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary, Jason Lewellyn, Esq., John Shea, Esq. Jackon -Lewis, Michelle McNeil.

On a motion by Commissioner Riley and seconded by Commissioner Santostefano the Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Session for a discussion of Human Resources.

At 5:47 Executive Session was concluded with no action taken.

ON a motion Commissioner Riley and seconded by Commissioner Santostefano it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 5:52 p.m.  20/24
